The People & Culture Services team are looking to welcome a new Administrator into their team on a temporary basis!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a job-share role, working part-time 23 hours per week. Shifts will be across Monday - Thursday between the hours of 08.30-17.30. This is a temporary position until 27th April 2024.
This role is paid as a salary, at an hourly rate of £11.34.

The Service Office principle location is Hybrid working a minimum of 8 days per calendar month in the office and the remainder flexibly working remotely at home. The office location will be IKEA Glasgow.

Essential Competency Requirements:
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is must for this role
- Highly organised with an ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks to secure their successful completion
- Experience in using various digital platforms and tools e.g. Microsoft packages (Word, Excel), SharePoint etc.
- Administrate background in Human Resource would be advantageous but not compulsory
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
- Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts etc.
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
- Accomplish goals, complete tasks, and achieve results in a timely and accurate way.
- Able to work both independently, taking own initiatives and responsibility, as well as part of a team.
- Express ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication.
- Collaborate alongside fellow P&C Administrators and other P&C talking partners to achieve a positive co-worker experience.
- Implement IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply with standards and provide direction.
