For our division Sales Europe at our location in London we are looking for a
HR Administrator (f/m/d) - part-time (20h)
YOUR TASKS:
- In this role, you will support our HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations for UK and Denmark, e.g., drawing up contracts, contract adjustments and other HR documents and organizing the on- and offboarding of our employees.
- With your structured way of working, you always keep an overview. At the same time, you are a trustworthy contact person for our employees due to your open and discrete manner.
- You will also be actively involved in our recruiting process: in addition to posting new positions, you will be responsible for applicant correspondence, including appointment coordination, and you will independently conduct initial interviews with our applicants.
- Beyond that, you will support the Office Manager & Executive Assistant concerning Health and Safety, fire and first aid tasks.
- Last but not least, you will assist our Store Managers in personnel interviews and meetings.
YOUR PROFILE:
- First professional experience in the field of HR as well as in recruiting
- Basic knowledge of employment legislation
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally first experience with SAP Success Factors
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German or Danish would be advantageous
