Job description
- Provide support to the Domestic Bursar in all personnel matters
- Maintain accurate personnel records using the College’s HRIS system, iTrent, sustain and develop procedures to ensure all personnel information is recorded, and assist members of staff in use of the system.
- Assist the Domestic Bursar in developing useful reports for the College, using the new HRIS technology, generate reports required from the HRIS system as required for the Domestic Bursar, Bursar, members of the Personnel Committee, and the Governing body, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of their production.
- Become proficient in using the HRIS system and undertake the role of administrator for the system, ensuring changes are introduced promptly.
- Organise recruitment processes for all College staff appointments, providing administrative support to the selection committees, perform DBS, Right to Work, VISA checks as needed.
- Prepare and issue letters, as directed, relating to offers, contracts of employment, and administration of new-starter processes, including information packs and guidance.
