We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Onshore team based at Stena Drilling office, on the south side of Aberdeen city.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance in the Company’s discipline and grievance processes. Ensure compliance with Company procedures and statutory legislation.
- Support Performance Management by reviewing appraisals. Track all Personal Improvement Plans.
- Monitor Offshore Sickness and Absence. Provide regular absence reports including statistics and analysis. Support employees return to work.
- Provide assistance in facilitating any terminations of employment.
- Prepare a variety of HR correspondence e.g. letters, reference requests etc.
- Provide regular turnover reports including statistics and analysis.
- Report, compile and monitor all personal injury and insurance claims.
- Report and compile any freedom of information requests for employees as per relevant legislative parameters.
- Regularly review HR policy documents and procedures. Assist in implementing GDPR practice into existing HR procedures.
- Any other duties as required by the Assistant HR Manager.
Suitable applicants should ideally have:
- Degree Qualification in relevant discipline
- Adaptable
- Excellent written skills
- Able to prioritise
