Our dedicated team of HR Administrators are responsible for resolving queries, processing requests and entering data on to our custom ERS system. All activities will be supporting NHS staff behind the scenes as you complete tasks related to the administration of new starters, internal job changes and those leaving the service.
This opportunity is initially based on a 6 month fixed term contract but it will be made permanent for the right candidate.
The first couple of weeks will be based on site for initial training and early support. Then, this hybrid role will be predominantly based from home and every Tuesday you'll join the team in our outstanding brand-new offices that only opened in June this year. Here, the team are treated to spectacular views over the harbour, modern facilities and perks which include free hot drinks.
What you will be doing:
- Processing HR documentation for new starters with the NHS, internal movers and service leavers
- Entering data accurately on to the Electronic Staff Records (ESR)
- Be responsible for the administrative tasks behind HR activities for 3 or 4 of our NHS clients
- Working with set parameters to ensure timely completion of tasks
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- A keen eye for detail
- A desire to learn new processes
- An appetite to complete tasks accurately first time
It would be great if you had:
- HR admin experience
- Experience with ESR
