We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Administrator who is highly intelligent, with strong literacy skills and a quick learner.
This is a multifunctional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Your role is key to maintaining a whole range of disciplines within the Company.
You will be responsible for:
· Recruitment
· HR Assistant
· Booking BMW Training courses & accommodation
· Health & Safety
· Contact for office facilities, maintenance and insurance
· Support for Senior Management
· We have a new paperless system, MStore, which needs to be maintained and kept up to date with personnel information.
Role Requirements
· CIPD level 3/5
· High qualification in English.
· Strong IT and administration skills are essential
· First-rate communication skills and confidence to liaise across the business, both internal and external
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, managing and prioritising your workload.
· Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
· Self-motivated and highly organised.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
