As an HR Administrator in Robertson Facilities Management (RFM), you’ll:
- Support the HR and Senior HR Advisors in the planning and execution of all HR activity across the RFM business
- Manage the central RFM HR Mailbox, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the processing of all contract amendments, leavers paperwork, probationary periods
- Support with team projects
We’re looking for someone with strong administration skills who has extensive experience in an extremely fast paced environment and can deal with changing priorities. You should have excellent experience in Microsoft Office, as well as quick to learn new systems. As the first point of contact for the HR team, customer service is key to this role, as is excellent communication skills.
