Avaliable Job Today This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team.
As a HR Advisor you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for delivering an efficient and professional service to all customers.
Working with the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting on all things people across the associated business area.
What you’ll do
- Provide generalist HR advice, support and administration to improve business operations across the employee life cycle.
- Provide advice and support for line managers on performance management, capability, absence management, dispute resolution, disciplinary, grievance, and maximising engagement.
- Manage and continuously aim to improve Employee Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for Employee Relations and manager cases with the support of HRBP where applicable
- Support the HRBP with change management
- Responsible for all offer Management and onboarding
- Working closely with our recruitment partners and managers to manage all recruitment requirements.
- Attend calls or meetings on behalf of the HR team where required
- Use MIS systems to provide the business with key business data to support change and improvement
- Engage in promoting core values, monitoring employee health and wellbeing and providing support where applicable
- Support the delivery of HR training to our people managers
- Responsible for keeping up date with any changes in employment law and supporting with updating documents accordingly
- Requirement for site visits on a frequent basis, within associated business area
What you’ve got
- Good technical HR knowledge and understanding of current employment law
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience and experience in working with HR information systems
- Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential
- Preferable CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards
- Change Management experience is preferred but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
