Job description
To provide HR support to the business, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Position Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for recruitment life cycle
Ø Developing and driving onboarding and orientation processes
Ø Benefits administration and Payroll queries
Ø Monitoring performance management
Ø Reporting on absence management issues
Ø Advising line managers on HR issues and queries
Ø Organising employee training
Ø Building reationships with ‘local’ educational establishments
Experience & Educational Requirements
Ø Prior HR Experience 3+ years
Ø Level 3 CIPD or working towards
Ø Effective organisational skills
Ø Dealt with confidential personal information
Ø Quickly build rapport with employees
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
