Reach Plc an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services function.
Working completely remotely (from home) the successful HR Administrator will be an integral part of the HRS Administration team and work alongside other functions such as Recruitment and Payroll, providing an excellent service to all stakeholders across our business of c.5000 employees in the UK&I.

This role is home working and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.
What will the role involve?
- Administer New Starter. documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Administer changes such as promotions, salary increases and changes in working hours
- Ensure the HR database is up to date & accurate
- Working with high volumes to tight deadlines to ensure employees are paid on time
- Be the first point of contact for all basic employee or manager queries escalating matters to HR Advisors where applicable via phone and email
- Process employee references

Contribute to driving continuous improvement across the team.
Support on project-based work
- Strong administration skills with experience working within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work accurately and methodically, with attention to detail
- Ability to learn systems quickly, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with sensitive and confidential data
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skill
- he flexibility and willingness to learn
- Flexible, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to adapt and willingness to learn and develop own skillset
- HR experience is desirable but not essential
