A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR ADMINISTRATOR

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the HR Director, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • To take full responsibility of the HR administration by ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company standards, policies and procedures
  • To be responsible for the payroll administration of Head Office and coach departmental managers to adapt best practice payroll procedures
  • To ensure all new employees are set up with the correct paperwork, contracts, etc
  • To ensure all leavers leave professionally and with a good impression of RBH
  • Upload pension contributions to our providers ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure all our managed properties are declared with The Pensions Regulator
  • Administer our Life Assurance Policy, ensuring all hotels are covered
  • Administer our Private Medical Plan and Health Care plans
  • Produce P11ds annually

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of HR Administrator, you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Admin experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications esp Word and Excel

  • Experience of HR system and payroll processes

  • Highly organise

  • Efficient

  • Tenacious

  • Excellent relationship builder

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Approachable and positive attitude

  • To be able to work on new and unfamiliar projects with little guidelines
