HR Administrator - Permanent - Hybrid
Pay.UK are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team. Role will involve working in a tight-knit HR team offering support to a variety of stakeholders providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a variety of activities and processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assisting team on documentation that goes along with current HR projects
- Documenting some of our core business process workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the recruitment & onboarding process, particularly the new starter and leaver processes, encompassing HRIS updates and data entry on HRIS
- Administration of new starter vetting checks
- Run reports and generate insights for wider stakeholders using our HR system (Cezanne HR)
- Compile and analyse data to gain further insight in human capital metrics
- Support the team with any documentation relating to performance management process inclusive of promotions
- Provides general administrative support to the People Team; helping to ensure meetings are conducted in an organised manner including agendas, supporting documents and up-to-date action logs.
- Assists in diary management for the People Team as required.
- To maintain and keep current and up to date People Team pages and information on relevant intranet pages and forums.
- Update and administration of JML activities, including subsequent changes to organisation charts
- Interrogating and maintaining up to date HRIS data in accordance with established data governance policies and procedures
- Electronic filing and maintenance of colleague records on the HRIS
Other obligations:
- Ensure compliance with all Pay.UK policies and procedures and complete required compliance training in a timely manner.
- Comply with Pay.UK's Data Protection Policy and all associated procedures and processes and communicate any data protection risks to the Data Protection team without delay

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Gained/studying a HR qualification, with a strong background within an administrative role.
- Passionate about learning new things
- Demonstrable experience of researching new topics and presenting your findings in a concise manner
- Clear communicator
- Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment, to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities
- Commercially minded problem solver
- A drive for self-improvement and team-working
