Job Role:
- Preparing Contractual Documents that support changes to employee terms and conditions
- Maintain Employee Data to ensure all events are recorded and processed.
- Supporting the whole Recruitment cycle of activities from advert to induction of new employees
- Providing Guidance to HR team to deliver Hr Projects
- Scheduling and assisting delivery of HR Events,Training Inductions etc.
You'll have:
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Good communications skills
- Highly organised and able to manager workload and meeting deadline
