Are you looking for your first role to start your HR Career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Newquay team, where you will you will be responsible for Supporting the HR Manager on HR issues across site.
Support the HR Manager in coordinating Leadership site training and development activities, in accordance with Training and Development requirements.
Coordinate and support the recruitment and onboarding process, advise and support managers to ensure the Company employs the most suitably qualified individuals.
Ensure Company Attendance Management Policy is adhered to and applied consistently across the site. Advise managers on absence issues, ensuring long-term corrective solutions.
Support the HR Manager in ensuring HR policies, procedures and site rules are communicated appropriately; ensuring key information is passed on in an effective manner.
Attend Employee Consultative Group meetings to take minutes and follow up actions
Responsible for the maintenance of computerized HR systems ensuring their application contributes to the development of the site.
CPP / Level 3 CIPD [preferred]
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent vocational qualifications.
Experience of working within a HR Department preferred
Experience of working within a confidential environment, displaying tact & diplomacy.
Ability to support managers with an understanding of Company Policies and Procedures
Able to handle a large workload and prioritize conflicting requirements successfully.
Able to understand the diverse nature of the business
To develop practices within the site that uphold and develop the principles of the Pall Equal Opportunities Policy. To work within and actively promote the Policy in relation to product/service delivery and staff management.
