The Role
Accountabilities:
- Gathering project related quotes from global partners covering, recruitment, translation, data processing, coding and data entry
- Reviewing and querying invoices
- Support onboarding of new vendors
- Support Publications Manager with onboarding Medical Writers
- Collection and filing of relevant documentation for compliance
- Liaising with internal colleagues following internal processes to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are complied with
- Proactive and highly self-motivating approach to work.
- Problem solving and forward thinking.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and working as a team player.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task & manage numerous studies.
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills both verbally and in written word.
- At least 2 years working in an office environment.
- Basic PowerPoint, Excel, Word are essential
