Overview:
Adelphi Real World – External Resources Administrator

Who We Are
Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

The Role
Developing a good understanding of Adelphi Real World systems, processes and products. Working with internal project teams and external partners to improve the overall data collection process for data collection. On the job training provided, however the role requires a driven individual who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking.

Accountabilities:
The below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:
  • Gathering project related quotes from global partners covering, recruitment, translation, data processing, coding and data entry
  • Reviewing and querying invoices
  • Support onboarding of new vendors
  • Support Publications Manager with onboarding Medical Writers
  • Collection and filing of relevant documentation for compliance
  • Liaising with internal colleagues following internal processes to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are complied with

  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to multi-task & manage numerous studies.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both verbally and in written word.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years working in an office environment.
  • Basic PowerPoint, Excel, Word are essential
