Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Purpose
- Member of local HR operations team responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes
- Provide transactional and administrative support for processes covering the full employment life cycle
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure processes are efficient and effective
- Provide a high level of customer service to a variety of stakeholders including new hires, employees, line managers, and HR business partners
Job Duties
- Provide initial response, support and administration to Employee and Manager queries about HR-related issues within the case management system
- Responsible for processing job openings, issuing contracts, and conducting inductions for new hires
- Prepares and issues letters and other HR documents for Employees as required during the full employee life cycle
- Process and maintain documentation for absences, medicals, benefits, and right to work checks
- Maintains confidential information safely by following General Data Protection (GDPR) regulations
- Assist with any other duties as and when required
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- General Standard Grade English/ High School diploma or equivalent
DESIRED
- SVQ/Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
