Temporary contract until 31 March 2024 | £22,369 to £24,054 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | Norwich
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the delivery of a HR Transactions service t hat feed into employees’ terms and conditions and pay.
You will handle day to day queries and provide advice and guidance on HR processes, working with customers, managers and other HR colleagues to identify solutions in line with policies to support best practice.
Activities will need to be prioritized and you will need to work accurately and delivered to defined standards and timescales.
There is the need to use excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with team members and customers. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with all customers and HR and Payroll teams.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll transactional processes and calculations working with specialised HR and Payroll IT systems.
This is a busy and demanding role so full time working is preferred. Part time hours will be considered but you will need to be flexible with your working pattern due to the demands of the role.
Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your working arrangements.
