HR ADMINISTRATOR
Mark Allen is a collaborative media organisation and you'll be joining a really welcoming, and passionate HR team looking to welcome an HR Administrator to join our fabulous HR team. You can work from our office in Herne Hill, or Dartford - or mix it up!
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, that comes with a starting salary of £25,000
If you have previous experience in all things HR and your administrative and organisational skills are exceptional, we'd love to hear from you. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of all HR documentation such as promotion, probation and change of terms letters
- Ensure data is accurate on our HRIS and is aligned to all personnel folders
- Maintain sickness, absence and holiday records
- Schedule and administer training
- Support the HR Manager in reviewing, updating and maintaining the company handbook
- Assist the HR Director & HR Manager on HR projects and any other HR ad-hoc duties
- Assist our Talent Director with reviewing applications and learn how to use our ATS system effectively
- Learn how to write engaging job descriptions to attract talent to our business
- Take ownership of creating offers of employment and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the right departments are informed of their joining the company
- Monitor the recruitment and HR inbox
- Assist with the administration of our graduate scheme
- You will familiarise yourself with the MAG social media pages as we’d love to hear your suggestion as to how you think we can increase our voice even further
