Job description

We’re currently seeking a HR Administrator to provide administrative HR support to the HR Advisors and provide support in the recruitment process

In this role you will:

· Write and monitor contracts of employment

· Ensure all stationery supplies are ordered and maintained for HR team

· Monitor the HR email inboxes and action as necessary

· Complete references and other requests for HR information

· Receive, open and distribute post within the HR team

· Scan HR documents and maintain electronic HR files

· Provide admin support to the Recruitment process

· Any other ad hoc tasks
