Job description
Jobstore UK is looking for an HR Administrator to join our client clients busy and vibrant team in Bury.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and employee benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a willingness to learn and grow in the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Ensure all employees are properly scheduled and are paid on time
- Ensure all employee records are maintained in accordance with current HR best practices
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that new starters are inducted into the company and correctly set up on the necessary systems
- Monitor the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring the relevant documentation is sent/received and saved in personnel files
- Support with accurately maintaining employee databases
- Photocopying, scanning and filing HR and training documents
- Conduct all new hire paperwork including benefits eligibility and enrolment, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
To be considered for this role you must have a HR related qualification and 12 months experience in a similar role. We have a preference to applicants who come from a distribution or fashion manufacturing background although serious consideration will be given to applications from all sectors.
