Job description

Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful business in the Technology sector is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth and expansion our client is looking to add to their HR team, seeking an HR Administrator to join them in providing a high level of HR administrative support across the entirety of the business, working with the HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an HR role, whether it be at Assistant or Administrator level, where you have become used to liaising with colleagues of all levels. This role would also suit someone with some administration experience who is looking to transfer their experience to their first HR role, but will ideally be someone who has started / completed their CIPD Level 3 qualification in their own time.

Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required in the office full-time and will require access to their own vehicle and a full driving license in order to access the office location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for employees with any HR-related queries

- Create job descriptions in conjunction with Hiring Managers

- Liaising with recruitment partners to ensure the top talent is hired within the business

- Scheduling interviews and initial meetings for prospective candidates

- Provide administrative support on all employee relations matters within the business including but not limited to informal meetings, investigations and disciplinaries

- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees

- Maintain effective HR records, including updating, amending and issuing all documentations including contracts

- All HR administrative duties as and when required

Key Experience:

- A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an HR role

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Confident and capable working with senior members of staff and board of Directors

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy at all times

- Strong administration experience
