The IFES International Services UK office are searching for a motivated and organised individual to join the provide administrative support in the HR team so that together we can ensure an effective and efficient HR department. In this role, you will be engaged in a range of administrative tasks associated with: HR processes; HR database; HR records; travel insurance; and Health & Safety. Your support will be invaluable to the smooth running of the organisation, helping us to serve our field staff and national movements all over the world.

We are searching for a friendly professional with an ability to build rapport, work under pressure, and focus on detail. Previous HR experience would be very beneficial, but is not essential. As we are an international fellowship, experience in cross-cultural contexts would also be beneficial.
