What you will do as a Bartender
- You will work closely with colleagues and management to provide and maintain a high standard of service to guests at all times
- Assisting in all bar preparation required prior to opening, ensuring the correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar
- Follow set sequence of service and service standards, upselling and making food and drink recommendations where appropriate
- Preparing cocktails and all beverages available in the outlet
- Controlling and analysing quality levels of product and service, merchandising and marketing and sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene
