Our Role


We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the HR Team, which is based in our Manchester head office. Once hired, this person will help us continue to deliver an excellent level of service to our growing agency. We’re looking for someone who has some experience in a similar role and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills both written and verbal is also very important.

In this position you will provide administrative support on a day-to-day basis, gaining exposure to the company’s core operations. You’ll be given plenty of support and training meaning you’ll quickly become a key member of the group, undertaking typical tasks such as the following:

  • Proactive management of our people software systems
  • Providing administrative support in cases for individuals e.g., writing letters and other confidential documents
  • Managing the administration of performance review meetings
  • Tracking team absence and running the return to work system
  • Reporting on HR metrics
  • Supporting on day-to-day queries about HR-related issues

The successful candidate will have passion for commencing a career in Human Resources. We’re looking for a team player who is able to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage their own time in a busy, varied role. In return, we’re rapidly growing and this position offers plentiful opportunity to develop your skillset and progress.
