Job description
Working in the busy People team, this role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient administration of all people related issues in the Foundation together with relationship building with existing and new team members.
Specific role responsibilities include:
- Completing new starter and leaver paperwork and probation reviews. Co-ordinate the induction process so all new starters attend the necessary modules.
- Liaising with the Finance team to ensure that our payroll is updated regularly.
- Being responsible for the electronic filing of all employee paperwork and making sure that it is kept up to date with relevant information.
- Ensure individuals are set up on the correct systems People HR, Culture Amp etc - with accurate information.
- Support the Organisational Learning Lead with necessary administration in relation to learning and development.
- Record and monitor annual leave using our in-house tracker. Reviewing leave and making sure managers remind their teams of the process.
- Assist the People Lead with any specific HR related project work streams.
- Being responsible for our visa administration.
Your profile:
- Previous experience of working in an HR administration role is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally you will have completed a college/vocational level of education.
- Ideally you can show that you have worked across all levels of an organisation and you should have 2 years+ of work experience.
- You will be used to working relatively independently on a variety of tasks.
- Great communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other in-house computer packages and preferably experience with Apple IoS.

Salary range: circa £24k per annum depending on experience.
