We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based on site in the UKLC in Daventry.

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • General HR administration duties covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit requirements.
  • Meeting minute taking.
  • Produce employee communications.
  • Support visual communication on site. Ensuring all notice boards and electronic coms boards are up to date and promoting HR activities.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health diaries.
  • Signposting employees to relevant department / support functions as necessary e.g., Pension/payroll etc.
  • Produce reports and present data in line with KPI’s and reporting requirements within the department and wider business.
  • Run new employee inductions.
  • Support in the production of presentations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in a HR Administrator/similar position is essential.
  • You will require strong administration skills.
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel capabilities are also required.
  • You must be comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, everchanging role is essential.
  • Remains confidential due to dealing with private information.
