We continue to work with an established Bradford based business who are looking to recruit a part-time Human Resources Administrator to work from their offices based on the outskirts of the City centre.
Previous experience would be advantageous however this is not essential.
Rate of pay is £11 per hour.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate through their CV and at interview:
- Previous Human Resources Administrator experience or an understanding of the HR function within a business.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the self discipline and motivation to complete all work set to a high standard.
- The ability to build both internal and external professional relationships amongst a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience and confidence to report their work to the business owners with accuracy and consistency.
It would be advantageous although not essential to hear from applicants and who have prior knowledge and experience in Health and Safety, and have an understanding of risk assessments, etc.
