Collected-Group is a young and dynamic company that is growing at a fast rate and now requires a HR Administrator to ensure that employees are supported, and that Employment Laws are adhered to from a corporate perspective.
Reporting to the Operational Managing Director, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters and act as an ambassador for what the company stands for.
You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the company provides excellence in HR to employees and a vibrant, work hard, play hard culture is embraced by all employees.
You will be required to be in our London office at least 3 days/week including every Wednesday.
Main Responsibilities:
· Organise and maintain personnel records
· Prepare and maintain HR documents e.g. employment contracts, policy guides, new hireguides, performance documents, offer/pay rise/bonus letters
· Update company policiesin-line with any legal requirements
· Maintain internal records such as sickness
· Liaise with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, pension and health insurance providers) and ensure legal compliance
· Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., attrition rates, employee perceptions, culture etc,)
· Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days etc)
· Lead HR focused activities (e.g exit reviews, job fair organisation, quarterly employee engagement surveys/audits)
· Arrange team socials and company meetings
· Support senior team members in the development of performance plans and reviews
· Ensure the EVP offered by the company is competitive in the marketplace and demonstrates innovation
Essential Requirements:
· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role in a service based setting
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Thorough knowledge of employment laws
· Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
· Strong telephone, email and in-person communication skills
· Qualification within HR such as CIPD
· Meticulous attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
