HR Administrator
Location: South Kensington
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working 3 days in the Office 2 days at Home)
Remuneration: £27,000 - £28,000

Job Purpose:
You will provide first line support and advice to employees on all contractual and process related aspects of their employment. Primarily supporting the people team by delivering efficient, effective and accurate day to day administration in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and payroll. Where required, you will also be involved in administrative duties within the wider People & Culture team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide all day to day operational aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring all administrative duties are accurate, up to date, deadlines are met, paperwork is returned as expected and stakeholders across all relevant departments are informed.
- These duties include:
- Employee on-boarding, producing contracts, setting up new starters on our HRIS, databases and portals, benefit administration and referencing
- The administration of our family friendly processes, advising employees of their rights
- Maintaining employee data integrity via our HR system, for instant access to clean and accurate employment data, including processing any promotions or changes to our current employee’s contractual status and payroll information
- Managing employee termination documentation and communication, including issuing references and bespoke leaver letters when requested
- Acting as the main contact and administrator for our HR system. Including updates, customisation, training, reporting and enquiries, liaising with the system provider where required and escalating where appropriate
- Ensuring all employee files are maintained correctly and deleted/archived as appropriate adhering to GDPR requirements
- Ensuring all internal organisational charts are up to date, accurate and available for distribution as requested
- Reporting on all people data as required to support effective decision making across the business
- Supporting payroll in providing relevant work references for current employees
- Ensuring all team invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting all employee relations cases administration, including producing paperwork and providing advisory support in basic meetings
- Support projects as required, including research, coordination, administration and developing efficient and effective processes to ensure success
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role and environment, confident dealing with customers by telephone, email and face to face
- Experience of supporting a busy team where priorities often shift and change
- Ideally will have already worked in an admin support role within an HR department
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and in using Outlook functions efficiently, experience of Access People XD would be desirable
- Able to work proactively with limited direct supervision
- E-literate and able to acquire, manipulate and disseminate information
- Organised and able to manage time effectively. Ability to focus on several projects simultaneously at differing stages and to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis
- Confidential and discrete
