Care Plus are currently seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to support our HR and payroll Department. The position will be based at our Head Office in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh but you will be required to travel to our other offices in Armagh, Omagh and Castlederg as required. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in working within Human Resources and looking to develop their career within a successful company.

Your main duties will include:

· Maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues.

· Assisting with the Absence Management process.

· Creating and maintaining personnel files, ensuring all essential documents are filed
correctly. To keep an accurate record of all personnel files for audit purposes.

· Helping with all aspects of the recruitment process, from arranging interviews and
induction, obtaining references and processing pre-employment checks straight through
to exit interviews.

· Helping Management with Grievance and Disciplinary processes

· Help management with organising update training and annual reviews.

· Ensuring accurate records are kept on our computer systems.

· Help with monthly payroll processes.

· Other adhoc duties may arise, this list is not exhaustive.

Essential Criteria

· CIPD Level 5 or currently working towards it

· Proven experience in a similar role

· Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a
logical fashion.

· The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional telephone etiquette and manner

· Confident with all Microsoft packages.

· The ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

· Driving Licence (required)

· Please be aware that enhanced disclosure checks with Access NI are required

Desirable Criteria

· Experience in Health and Social care settings

· Experience with RQIA standards

· Experience with payroll systems
