All About the Role
We have a brand-new role available for a HR Administrator to join our small but brilliant HR & Recruitment team, this can be a hybrid role based at our Bradford or Rotherham sites 2-3 days per week, with the rest home based, or office based every day. Your remit will be to fully support in all areas of HR administration whilst supporting the wider team across a number of key areas, working appropriately with confidential and sensitive information whilst adhering to GDPR regulations.


This is a busy and varied role and specific tasks will include:

  • To handle all initial contact into the function, signposting onwards as appropriate.
  • To administer & ensure all paperwork relating to new starters, transfers, promotions, and probations, etc are completed and maintained.
  • Production of offer letters and contracts along with the compliance process & all required pre-employment checks.
  • To support the HR, recruitment, and payroll teams with any general administration and activities such as preparation of data and reports, slides & presentation details as required.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager with onboarding and associated recruitment activities
  • Answering the phones, scanning, filing, photocopying, managing emails, room bookings.
  • Be an ambassador for high levels of customer service for the department.
  • Make sure all HR documents and forms are up-to-date and fit for purpose and are available for easy access to hiring managers.
  • Supporting all apprenticeship applications and administration
  • Working to all GDPR requirements.
  • Working with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Any Adhoc duties as requested by your team


All About You

  • Able to achieve the balance between pace, attention to detail, time management & prioritisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of relationship management, with well-developed interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels across the business.
  • IT skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be able to work at pace, independently & to tight deadlines is paramount.
  • To work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Be able to join the dots, make connections & be a step ahead.
