Systems & HR Administrator
Site B, West Bromwich

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be ensuring that the payroll for sites non-salaried employees is administered in line with 2SFG policy & practice, accurately and to deadline, and providing proactive, comprehensive, accurate and confidential generalist HR administration support for site in the overall delivery of their functional objectives. Day to day, the role will consist of:
· Ensure all employee data is accurate and correctly recorded on MyPeople, Kronos, employee personnel files, shared drives etc.
· Monitor sickness & absence records, including messages receive on the company absence line, issuing letters in line with the absence procedure, working with the HR Advisor to manage both short- and long-term absence.
· Produce absence reports daily and weekly for HR Manager, HR Advisor, Operations Director, and functional managers.
· Assist the HR Manager/Advisor in maintaining and updating site systems procedures and policies.
· Administering payroll in line with group timescales to ensure all payments are made on time & in full including carrying out the necessary checking procedure to enable payroll to be signed off.
· Provide HR administrative support, including, but not limited to, production and issue of disciplinary and grievance letters, taking meeting minutes for signoff by HR Manager/Advisor, references etc.
· Maintaining system payment & record accuracy by updating as relevant e.g. holiday, sickness, maternity etc.
· Provide all Site reports required by site / group management, including weekly HR KPI report for Group.
· Accurate and efficient data processing through the time and attendance systems on a daily basis ensuring any exceptions are authorised by the appropriate line manager.
· Fit notes and self-certificates are input and monitored to achieve minimal payroll queries.

· Good level of IT skills including a thorough understanding of Microsoft application systems i.e. Excel and Word.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Organisational & time management skills – able to prioritise work & switch between task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· CIPD Level 3 – desired or willing to work towards.
· Experience of using Kronos, or other payroll or HR systems.
· GCSE level 5 English/Maths or equivalent
