We’re looking for an experienced HR & Administrator Assistant to support exciting growth for our client who is based in Oxford.
Leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices along with organising meetings and managing databases, dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries. Also draw up new personnel administration and maintain systems such as Bright HR. Ensuring that relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.
Role: HR & Administrator Assistant
Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 Hours
Salary: £25,00 Per Annum
Full benefits package available upon scheduled call.
About the HR & Administrator Assistant role:
- Managing Contracts - staff contracts across the business, new starter paperwork from start to finish.
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with senior management.
- Manage the Bright HR system, ensuring all staff records and information are up to date including, personal information, contracts, documents, and annual leave allocation.
- Organisation and Minuting of some internal meetings ensuring follow ups are monitored and documented.
