Job Description

At De Beers Group, our HR Operations function plays a crucial role in providing operational support to the business and our colleagues. We are dedicated to making their lives brilliant by offering impeccable employee experiences and advisory support across digital and transactional HR services. As part of our HR team, you'll contribute to our strategic HR goals by delivering outstanding administration and ensuring exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.
Employee Experience:
- Process HR transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, such as offer letters, contracts, change forms, and leaver documents, adhering to SLAs.
- Manage the screening process using Vero, our third-party platform, ensuring new joiners meet their agreed start dates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, answering the shared HR phone and maintaining the HR inbox within SLAs.
- Provide HR systems training to new end users, including managers.
- Support stakeholders in running and formatting reports.
- Process benefits, such as private medical insurance, employee discounts, season ticket loans, and eyecare vouchers.
Payroll Processing:
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll tracking, coordinating the monthly administration payroll process, and updating the HRIS before payroll cutoff.
Data Management:
- Manage data entry in the HRIS (SuccessFactors), including verifying data for part-time employees, employees completing probation periods, holiday balance accruals, and headcount reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and data on the HRIS through regular data audits and cleansing.
Ad hoc:
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings, including those for committees.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and key projects.
Full JD will be provided at interview stage
- Qualifications
-A degree and/or CIPD certification is preferred (or overseas equivalent) - Previous experience in a similar HR Administration/ support role
- Experience using a HR Information System and/or Payroll System
- Experience with SAP and Success Factors beneficial
- Organised and able to multi-task
- Curiosity and determination to improve systems and processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong experience with all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good knowledge of GDPR and compliance
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and provide a high level of customer service
