Job description
The Department of Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrative Assistant to work within a team of four, providing a comprehensive HR service as part of the department's Core Professional Services Team, under the supervision of the Senior HR Coordinator.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office. You will be self-motivated and reliable, will have previous administrative experience and be used to dealing with confidential information, working with multiple processes and managing your own workload to meet multiple deadlines. A good general knowledge surrounding the concepts and principles of HR administration is highly desirable, along with the desire to learn and develop further skills in this area.
Candidates should be educated to at least A-level standard/NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of practical experience.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
