37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract: 9 months (maternity cover)
(Temporary up to 9 months or until the post holder returns; whichever is earlier)
Joining the learning and organisational development team you will undertake a range of duties associated with the learning and development function, ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided.
This will involve providing a range of administrative support for colleagues within the L&OD Team, setting up of training and preparation of related documentation and other general related duties.
Previous experience within a learning and organisational development environment together with the ability to use a variety of IT packages including Microsoft Office would be an advantage. As the first point of contact for all learning and development enquiries you must be customer focused and have an ability to convey information accurately and clearly.
