Job description

As a member of the HR Administration team you will support in the provision of an efficient, responsive and comprehensive HR administration service for the non-medical employees working within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis for 12 months and covers a wide breadth of incoming HR administration queries including:

  • Maintain the Trust's Workforce Information system called the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) by processing joiners, leavers and other changes promptly and accurately
  • Provide a consistent high level of data quality and accuracy in employee information; investigating and resolving queries and errors to record
  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service to our users, ensuring responses are timely and responded to fully
  • Promote and provide an efficient and customer orientated administrative service in line with Trust values
  • Advise our users on the Trust Family Leave Policy (Maternity / Paternity / Adoption & Retire and Return) and fully process applications in line with policy and procedures
Provide effective advice and support to non-medical employees and managers across the Trust on a selection of policies in a timely and proactive manner.
