We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Human Resources team as a Human Resources Administration Coordinator.
Based in Central London you will coordinate the administrative support for the Human Resources team for all areas of administration across the end to end employment life cycle. in the areas of onboarding, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, payroll, performance management and talent management.
You will provide administrative support across our Commercial, Ground Services and Cargo businesses.
Specific accountabilities include
- Provide a range of administrative services to employees from joining to expiry of contract
- Support the administrative processes for end to end employee experience
- Respond to Administrative and HR queries from our Head and Regional Office
- Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments and salary reviews
- Ensure the local legal requirements are strictly adhered to
- Ensure appropriate induction and onboarding of new staff
- Provide support with the administration surrounding performance management and disciplinary processes
- Follow up and coordinate employee’s annual leave balance, sick leave, update oracle (HRMS), maintaining personal files
- Ensure smooth implementation of Human Resources policies
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record keeping requirements
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings for HR Management, staff relocation/ repatriation, setting up conferences/workshops, payroll, explaining policies, coordinating support services
- Provide HR information for monthly payroll completion
Qualifications - External
- Solid experience in an Administration Coordinator role in fast paced, multisite environment ideally within Aviation/travel or a Shared Service function
- Experience providing input or support to payroll process
- Keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills with a true passion for Administration
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English is essential for this role. You must also have the current legal right to live and work in the UK.
