Available Job Today HR Administrator Contract: 3 Month temp Start: ASAP Location: Spinningfields, Manchester Hybrid Working: 3 days office/ 2 days WFH Rate: £11.50 per hour
This is a brilliant temporary project for someone looking to gain HR experience within a HR team. Strong admin experience, or someone studying HR.
Job Spec:
- Scanning paper personnel files to electronic copies
- Saving electronic copies of personnel files onto HR drive
- File archiving in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Writing letters / contract amends in relation to office relocation
- Admin of new starter documents – offer letters / pension letters / references / probation letters
- Data inputting on TT
- Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required
