Job description
We are looking for a brilliant Office Manager to help support the 90 (and growing!) team members in our tea rooms. The ideal candidate is caring, conscientious, and organized: someone who can work with the wider team to curate our shared environment, ensuring our team home always reflects and embodies our culture & values. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be dealing directly with all teams internally, and with several regular suppliers to seamlessly manage the office and team experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Overseeing the visitor experience, ensuring a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office. · Ensuring our office environments are maintained to the highest standards. · Preparing meeting rooms (coffee making, ordering refreshments) · Liaising with Building Management on any Health and Safety requirements · Leading on Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire Warden responsibilities (training will be provided) · Scheduling and Coordinating meetings along with managing calendars including internal and external participants via Outlook. · Supporting the planning and coordination of offsite meetings and team events · Organising employee birthday and work anniversary gifts · Supporting recruitment by helping to coordinate interviews and assessments. · Working closely with HR and Finance to support the onboarding of new employees and the admin related to managing the wider team. · Managing office-related spending and budgeting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
