JOB TITLE: Housing Team Leader x 2 (1 x Housing Specialist, 1 x Income Specialist)
SALARY: Salary range £37818.00 - £44699.00 per annum with Flexible Benefit of £2241.00 per annum and Vehicle Allowance of £2600.00 per annum.
JOB DETAIL: Housing Team Leaders x 2 – 37 hours per week.
Woking Borough Council are looking for 2 highly motivated and organised individuals, who are innovative, creative, and enthusiastic. The individuals will be able to demonstrate strong, visible leadership skills, lead by example and have a clear vision and direction to assist in moving the service forward in align with the Council’s Housing Strategy and vision. The individual will establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
Like all local authority landlords, we are working in a challenging environment, and we need to ensure that our tenants, leaseholders and shared owners are supported wherever possible, through effective advice and assistance and that our front-line staff embrace a tenant first culture and are supported with ongoing development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to look for new ways of working, to challenge and change the way in which we deliver services and have a real input into improving the Housing Service for the tenants of Woking.
