Westminster Community Homes (WCH) is a Registered Provider working primarily in Central London. We are a subsidiary of Westminster City Council (WCC) and work closely with them on a number of different schemes to help deliver its objectives. WCH own over 500 properties and manage more on behalf of WCC and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
We’re looking for a Housing Operations Officer to join us. You will effectively manage WCH properties from the void- to- let period, monitor and record the condition and energy performance of WCH entire stock and support WCH’s small team, in the daily running of the business.
This role will involve keeping thorough records of properties, instructing void works and running the Intermediate Rent Scheme i.e., conducting viewings and other general admin and finance responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and ideally will have held a similar role. You will be a very good communicator, be able to work flexibly, and show excellent organisation and planning to ensure payments are approved and documents signed on time. Experience with letter writing, minute taking, and invoice processing would be advantageous.
