We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and proactive individual to join our Housing team to deliver a high-quality housing management service within the Cambridgeshire area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective generic tenancy, housing and leasehold management, and to build community cohesion. It will see you develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of our homes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar housing related role to include working in a customer facing environment.
Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team whilst managing varied priorities and demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude.
The role offers hybrid working as well as being community based. A full current driving licence and access to own car is essential.
