We’re looking for Programme Manager to join our Housing Maintenance Team based anywhere in the UK. Within this role, you can enjoy a company car or car allowance, Private Healthcare, Remote working and even more.
Location: Anywhere in the UK - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As a Programme Manager, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in the delivering the Housing Maintenance tender programme
Your day to day will include:
- Support Kier Places HM Business Development team in managing the bid programme as per the PLM Operating Procedure
- Define Contract Mobilisation programme
- Support the Bid Writer in the coordination and management of all requests for information
- Coordinate and manage all Mobilisation activities with appointed workstream leads ensuring the programme remains on track

- Are a Prince 2 Practitioner
- Have an understanding of industry standard contracts across Housing Maintenance
- Experience in Housing Maintenance
- Experience in Client relations and Project Management
