We’re looking for Programme Manager to join our Housing Maintenance Team based anywhere in the UK. Within this role, you can enjoy a company car or car allowance, Private Healthcare, Remote working and even more.

Location: Anywhere in the UK - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Programme Manager, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in the delivering the Housing Maintenance tender programme

Your day to day will include:

• Support Kier Places HM Business Development team in managing the bid programme as per the PLM Operating Procedure
• Define Contract Mobilisation programme
• Support the Bid Writer in the coordination and management of all requests for information
• Coordinate and manage all Mobilisation activities with appointed workstream leads ensuring the programme remains on track

What are we looking for?

This role of Programme Manager is great for you if:

• Are a Prince 2 Practitioner
• Have an understanding of industry standard contracts across Housing Maintenance
• Experience in Housing Maintenance
• Experience in Client relations and Project Management
