Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic people who share our values (Kind, Passionate and Creative) to join our services accommodating and supporting people experiencing homelessness and empowering them to thrive.
The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As a Housing Assistant you will provide a housing management service to people being supported in our accommodation ensuring they are able to sustain their tenancy.
If successful, you will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months of your start date. After registration, there is a requirement to be qualified to maintain professional learning and we will support you to achieve this.
This is a temporary secondment for 1 year starting 30th April 2023 within our Oban service. The role will be based at our Shore Street flats, which houses 15 residents but can take couples also from ages 16 years plus.
Salary: £20,006 per annum/ £11.03 per hour (pro rata)
Hours of Work: 35
Working Pattern: 3 week rolling rota, typical daily shift is 7.5 hours
