At The Walnut Tree Hotel near Bridgwater we are looking to recruit a permanent part time Housekeeping Team Member for our increasingly busy hotel.
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high level of cleanliness in the guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas. You will need to ensure that the company standard is met at all times. In addition to the cleaning of rooms, daily duties will include replenishing guest supplies, checking rooms are cleaned to a high standard before being sold, completing paperwork to account for all hired linen that is used, ensuring that the correct linen is laid out ready for the housekeeping team to commence their duties and ensuring that all cleaning and room supplies are ordered to ensure that you and your team have all the equipment and supplies that require.
You will also need to report any maintenance issues/damage/lost property in hotel rooms, be able to recognise and report unusual behaviour to ensure Hotel security and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
