Job description
Housekeeping Supervisor with knowledge of LQA standards required for a brand-new 5-star Luxury Hotel nestled in the heart of the vibrant West End in Central London, salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a pivotal role within this prestigious brand new 5 Star Hotel’s operation.
Joining an exceptional housekeeping team of approximately 25 you will have responsibility of ensuring every guest and visitor enjoys a truly personalised and unforgettable experience.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or Senior Housekeeper in a similar luxury Hotel environment.
- Knowledge/experience of LQA standards.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Expertise in Opera PMS will be desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
