We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our esteemed boutique hotel, known for its luxurious accommodations and personalized service. Located in Horsham, our establishment offers a haven of elegance and charm to our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Provide turndown service in the evenings, preparing rooms for guests' ultimate comfort and relaxation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and common spaces.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
• Stock and replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work 2 to 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
