We are currently seeking passionate, conscientious and highly detailed Housekeeping Attendants for our bedrooms, public areas Front and Back of house and ensuring we deliver all to the highest of 5 Star standards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation, including deep cleaning exercises
Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridor, public areas, front and back of house and our service areas are always achieved
Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room
Servicing guest bedrooms by order of floor/section to the highest standard; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively
Conduct a thorough handover with colleagues at the end of each shift; reporting and following up on all maintenance required; ensuring all lost property is returned by following department procedure
Attending monthly departmental meetings and proactively contributing to support our continuous improvement
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
You're highly motivated and possess an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner; always approachable and helpful
