Great opportunity to become part of our amazing Housekeeping team!
Full time hours and live in available if required.
Linden Hall is located only 30 minutes away from Newcastle and close to the A1. It has 50 bedrooms, spa and golf along with a conference suite and lounges.
To clean and prepare all assigned areas to core standards and assist the guests with any requirements during their stay.
All are team are within the Housekeeping team are hands on and work as a team to effectively make sure our rooms are to a 4 star standard for our guests to enjoy.
· To clean and prepare guest bedrooms and public areas in line with core standards
· To ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked.
· To adhere to all security procedures relating to keys, bedrooms and guest property.
· To report any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisor.
· To report any guest comments or complaints to supervisor
· To be aware of departmental costs, eliminating wastage and recycling where appropriate.
· To assist with training of new staff members.
· To adhere to all health and safety requirements.
· To undertake deep cleaning tasks such as mattress turning, etc. as required.
· To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £9.50 per hour
